Established since 1989, The Landscape Practice is a registered practice of the Landscape Institute with an impressive portfolio of landscape design and assessment projects across the UK and abroad. We have the experience and knowledge to advise you appropriately on your particular project.

Philip Hanson CMLI

Philip is the founding director with over 30 years experience and a diverse portfolio of projects notably to include Liverpool International Garden Festival, Hinkley Point, Hythe Marina Village and BAA Stansted Airport. Many projects are award winning and completed for public realm and private clients. He has strong analytical design ability with capability in masterplanning, construction detailing, project management and implementation administration. This also extends to services in landscape and visual impact assessment and expert witness. He is passionate about building a strong, friendly and dependable team to offer excellence in client service.

Christopher Evason CMLI

Chris joined the practice in 1996 as our senior landscape architect having previously worked on award winning schemes, including seven years on Stockley Business Park and Country Park, the premier business park in west London. He is a chartered landscape architect with a diverse range of skills and practical experience gained working for a range of public and private sector clients. He has a thorough and methodical approach to projects generating imaginative, successful results for a variety of design based schemes. Recently, he has completed three large and challenging housing accommodation projects for the MoD/Defence Infrastructure Organisation.
