TOLLGATE SHOPPING CENTRE

Working with British Land and Macgregor Smith, we have been working on concept ideas for the enhancement of an existing retail park in Colchester. The masteplan reorganises and improves car parking and enhances pedestrian spaces with historical design references and the introduction of floor and three dimesional sculptures. A detailed construction package is currently out to tender.
