WEST DORSET LOCAL PLAN

At the end of last year, we were pleased to assist West Dorset District Counciland Weymouth and Portland Borough Council with the draft Local Plan regarding the Planning Inspectorate Examination Hearings. Pressure for unprecedented housing and development provision presents some challenging planning decsisons. We provided landscape assesments of several potential developement sites and presented evidence at the public hearings on behalf of the Councils. The Inspector's evaluation and report is awaited.
