SWANAGE SITES

We have worked recently with Morgan Carey Architects on several sites in Swanage. Landscape Assessments and concept design services for the Swanage Rowing Club, Swanage Kiosk, Recreation Ground and Broad Road Car Park.
The Swanage Rowing Club new boathouse was opened on 7th December 2013. We provided landscape assessment and concept design advice to support a successful planning application.
Work on the Swanage Kiosks by the Old Stone Quay has begun on site following planning application success for this strategic conservation area location on the seafront. We provided landscape impact assessment and landscape concept design advice for the site development.
Meanwhile a proposal for the redevelopment of the beach huts along Shore Road for Swanage Town Council following urgent engineering repairs has gained planning approval. The Landscape Practice provided a landscape impact assessment for the proposed new huts and cafe and some concept design ideas for the possible future improvement of the Recreation Ground.
